Introduction

A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) is a power device equipped with an energy storage system and primarily composed of an inverter, providing a constant-voltage and constant-frequency uninterruptible power supply.

When the utility power input is normal, the UPS regulates and stabilizes the mains voltage before supplying it to the load. In this mode, the UPS functions as an AC voltage stabilizer while simultaneously charging its internal battery.

When the mains power fails, the UPS immediately converts the DC power stored in its internal battery into AC power through the inverter, continuously supplying 220V AC power to the load. This ensures uninterrupted operation, prevents damage to both hardware and software, and allows data to be properly saved.

The UPS also provides protection against both over-voltage and under-voltage conditions.
